30-day Feedback concluded for Administrative Tribunal Regulation

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to inform the community that the 30-Day Feedback Period to review the draft Regulation Respecting Disciplinary Measures for Decision-makers Appointed to the Administrative Tribunal, pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Justice Act, concluded on June 23, 2026.

No feedback was received.

This was the second 30-day Feedback Period for this Regulation. It previously underwent a 30-day Feedback Period in February 2023, but enactment was delayed pending further review. The revised draft considers feedback from a focus group and emphasizes the investigative nature of the process for addressing complaints against Decision-makers.
