Approved Amendments to Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) provided notification on March 26, 2026, that amendments to Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law were approved by the KGC.

The approved amendments are regarding the addition of Sections 321-325 to expand the definition and functions of an ‘Approved Agent’.
