Approved Amendments to Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) provided notification on March 26, 2026, that amendments to Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law were approved by the KGC.

The approved amendments are regarding player disputes, specifically Part XXIV: Complaints and Dispute Resolution, Sections 267-278, 276A. Feedback was received during the 30-day feedback period (January 29-February 28, 2026), and a Feedback Report was compiled.
