Proposed Draft Amendment to the Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) to amend the Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on January 28, 2026, that the proposed amendment is to update the Regulations section pertaining to player disputes.
