Proposed Draft Amendments for EGD Regulations

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) to amend the Regulations Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices, pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on September 4, 2025, that the proposed amendments are in regard to introducing an exception to the current bet limit on Electronic Gaming Device’s (EGD’s), and updating the definition of EGD’s to include Electronic Table Games (ETG’s).
