Request to amend Kahnawà:ke Communal Law on Alcoholic Beverages07/10/2025The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request for amendment of the Kahnawà:ke Communal Law on Alcoholic Beverages, K.R.L. c. A-1. The submission, from Ietsénhaienhs Tonya Perron, was received on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, for a review to either amend the entire law or repeal and replace it. There is currently a waiting list for legislative requests.
