Notification of Approved Amendment to the Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) has provided notification that an amendment to the Regulations Concerning Electronic Gaming (the “Regulations”) was approved by the KGC.

The KGC notified the KLC on March 17, 2025, that the amendments updated multiple sections in the EGD Application Process. Feedback was received during the 30-day Feedback Period (November 18-December 17, 2025), and a Feedback Report with replies was compiled.
