Notification of Draft Amendments to the Regulations Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) to amend the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on February 5, 2025, that the proposed amendments are in regard to an increase to the reporting threshold on the Electronic Gaming Devices Jackpot Notification Form (Sections 300).
