30 Day Feedback Period begins for Draft Regulations Respecting Eligibility Criteria and Selection/Appointment of Judges of the Court of Kahnawake

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission wishes to inform the community that the 30-day feedback period for the following Kahnawà:ke Justice Act draft regulations will begin on November 18, 2024, and will end on December 18, 2024:

1. Regulation Respecting Eligibility Criteria for Appointment of Judges of the Court of Kahnawà:ke; and
2. Regulation Respecting the Selection and Appointment of Judges of the Court of Kahnawà:ke
