Notice of Enactment of Two Regulations for the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to inform the community that a Regulation Concerning Registered Suppliers, and, a Regulation Concerning Alternate Board Members, pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law were enacted at a duly convened Council meeting held 17, Ohiaríha/June 2024, by Mohawk Council Executive Directive #42 2024-2025, and Mohawk Council Executive Directive #43 2024-2025, respectively.

On June 11, 2024, the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Board (KCCB), provided unanimous approval of the two Regulations via KCCB Resolution.

Both the Regulation Concerning Alternate Board Members, and the Regulation Concerning Registered Suppliers under the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law have been published and can be found on the Community Decision Making and Review Process website (www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com/pages/cannabis/).
