Request Received for drafting Regulations Regarding Asphalt under the Kahnawake Sanitary Conditions Law

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission wishes to advise the community that the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke Public Safety Division has submitted a Regulations Request Form, dated May 9, 2024, to draft Regulations pertaining to asphalt to be included under the Kahnawà:ke Sanitary Conditions Law.

A Technical Drafting Committee (TDC) has been comprised and will prepare a plan on when and how it will engage with the community. The TDC’s plan regarding engagement details will be posted.
