Notification of Approved Amendment to the Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) has provided notification that the amendment to the Regulations Concerning Interactive Gaming (the “Regulations”) was approved by the KGC.

The KGC notified the KLC on May 8, 2024, that the Regulations have been amended to include adding wording to section 278 regarding the dismissal of complaints.
