Thirty-Day Feedback Period Begins for Kahnawake Cannabis Control Law Draft Regulations

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission wishes to inform the community that the Thirty (30) Day Feedback Period for the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law draft regulations have begun and will end on May 13, 2024.

• Regulation Concerning Suppliers; and
• Regulation Concerning Alternate Board Members

Feedback can be submitted to cannabis.board@mck.ca or tonya.perron@mck.ca. Following the feedback period, a  Feedback Report will be compiled and posted on the CDMRP website.
