Notification of Draft Amendment to the Regulation Regarding Interactive Gaming

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) has received a request for an amendment to the Regulation Regarding Interactive Gaming pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on March 13, 2024, that the proposed amendment is to add wording to Section 278 (Part XXIV: Complaints and Dispute Resolution) of the Regulation Regarding Interactive Gaming.
