Notification of Approved Amendments to the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) has provided notification that amendments to the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices were approved by the KGC pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on January 19, 2023, that the following sections of the Regulations have been amended: section 154; sections added: sections 155 D., E., F., 186,  in regard to player cards and self-exclusions; and the following sections have been amended: sections 32(d), 34, 35, 49, 73, 132, and 135, in regard to the terms of an EGD Operator Licence.
