Notification of Draft Amendments to the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Device Licences

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) has received a request to amend the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on December 13, 2023, that the proposed amendments are in regard to the term of licences (Subsections 32(d), 34, and Sections 35, 49, 73, 132 & 135).
