Notification of Draft Amendments to the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices – Player Cards

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) has received a request for amendments to the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.

The KGC notified the KLC on November 28, 2023, that the proposed amendments are to add the following new Sections 155D, 155E, 155F, as well as 186a) and 186b), to the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices in regard to player cards.
