Enactment of Regulation for Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission wishes to inform the community that the Regulation concerning Dispensaries and Dispensary Licences (“the Regulation”) for the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law was enacted at a duly convened Council meeting held 4, Tsothóhrha/December 2023, by Mohawk Council Executive Directive #80/2023-2024.

On November 22, 2023, the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Board provided unanimous approval of the Regulation to be enacted.

The Regulation concerning Dispensaries and Dispensary Licences has been published and can be found on the Community Decision Making and Review Process website (www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com/pages/cannabis/) along with the other regulations in force under the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law.
