Kahnawake Legislative Commission Approves Interim Regulations Policy for the Kahnawake Gaming Commission

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the KLC has approved an interim internal Regulations Policy for the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) to follow regarding the creation and amendment to Regulations drafted under the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law (KGL)

The Council is in support of this policy and will be providing official approval via MCED in the coming weeks. The KGC is already adhering to this policy by submitting notification of amendment(s) and creation of new Regulations.
