30-day Feedback Period begins for the draft Regulation Respecting Requests for Eviction Orders

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the draft Regulation Respecting Requests for Eviction Orders pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Residency Law is now available for the mandatory thirty (30) day Feedback Period.

The draft Regulation will be available for a thirty (30) day feedback period beginning today and ending on Wednesday, 10, Tsothohrhkó:wa/January 2024.

As the feedback period is occurring over the holiday season, the deadline date has been adjusted to provide adequate time for the community to review and provide feedback.
