30-day Feedback Period begins today for Draft Administrative Tribunal regulations

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission wishes to inform the community that the Draft Regulations for the implementation of the Administrative Tribunal pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Justice Act are now available for the mandatory 30-day Feedback Period.

The Draft Regulations will be available for a 30-day feedback period beginning today, and ending on Monday, 13, Enniskó:wa/March 2023.

Feedback can be sent to feedback@mck.ca, tonya.perron@mck.ca, or kevin.fleischer@mck.ca. Comments can also be dropped off in person to Kevin Fleischer at the Court of Kahnawà:ke offices in the Village area, just a half block west of the Golden Age Club.

The Technical Drafting Committee (TDC) is comprised of Commissioner of Justice Kevin Fleischer, Ietsénhaienhs Tonya Perron, Ietsénhaienhs Jessica Lazare, and Suzanne Jackson of MCK Legal Services.
