Community input needed for Kahnawą:ke Cannabis Control Law Draft Regulations

The Kahnawą:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) would like to advise the community that the Technical Drafting Committee is asking for input from the community regarding Draft Regulations for the Kahnawą:ke Cannabis Control Law. This law was enacted on December 10, 2018 by Mohawk Council Resolution #2/2018-2019.

As per the Community Decision Making Regulations Process, various methods can be used to gather input from the community to draft Regulations. Notification will be sent out to the community when kiosks will be held at the Services Complex and at the Tewatohnhi’saktha lobby.

Further opportunities for community input will be announced as they are scheduled.
