KLCC Website back in full operation

The Kahnawą:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) wishes to inform the community that its website www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com is back in full operation. The site had experienced problems, with some services being disrupted in the past several days. Some people trying to access the site were unable to do so. Corrective measures have been taken and the site is fully functional.

Additionally, the KLCC would like take this opportunity to remind the community of the following legislation that is currently on schedule to be addressed in early 2015:

1. January 21, 2015: Community Decision Making Process (CDMP) Second Hearing of proposed amendments to the Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke Election Law

2. January 23, 2015: 30-Day Community Feedback Period ends for draft amendments to the Kahnawą:ke Membership Law. Once this is completed, a report will be prepared before the process enters CDMP First Reading

The above legislation is available to be viewed on the website, along with information on the CDMP itself.

The KLCC apologizes for any inconvenience the disruption of service may have caused. Please note that, if users of the site encounter technical difficulties, please contact us immediately so we are aware that there is an issue. In this case, we were not aware there was an issue.
