Community Consultations

The Kahnawà:ke Justice Commission is pleased to announce the start of the community orientation sessions for the possible development of a Kahnawà:ke Justice System. The sessions will give an historical and present overview of our current Justice Systems as well as what the future may hold. These sessions are informal and are meant to provoke discussion on justice for our community.

The sessions will take place at the Kahnawà:ke Language & Culture Training Center (bottom of K103 Radio Station) on the following dates:

Saturday, January 24, 2009 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, January 28, 2009 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
