Reminder - Membership Law Community Consultation tomorrow (Wednesday) evening

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) would like to remind Kahnawa’kehró:non that the 11th Community Consultation for amendments to the Kahnawà:ke Membership Law will be held tomorrow (Wednesday, 19, Ohiarí:ha/June).

Discussion on specific amendments to the Membership Law (‘Who decides Membership?’) has begun and will be the topic of tomorrow’s meeting.

Another Consultation (#12) will be held next week (Wednesday, 26 Ohiarí:ha/June). Both meetings will be held at the Karonhianónhnha School Gymnasium beginning at 6pm. Please note that these will be the final Consultations for the summer.
