Hawkers and Peddlers Law
Synopsis: This Law was first enacted by By-Law No. 52 on November 14, 1953 and later repealed and replaced into its current form by MCR #11/1996-97 on May 6, 1995. This is a law respecting hawkers and peddlers carrying on business within the Territory. Conditions for obtaining a permit are contained within the Law.
