This Law was first enacted as By-Law D-2 by SOR/77-1054 on September 17, 1964 and later repealed and replaced into its current form by MCR #65/2001-2002 on March 25, 2002. This Law is an expression of the wishes of the Kanienkehį:ka of Kahnawą:ke that Animals be controlled and regulated in a fair and responsible manner to preserve the health and safety of the public and Animals within the Territory. |
