Emergency Preparedness Law
Synopsis: This Law was first enacted on November 11, 1997 and later amended by MCR #1/2008-2009 on October 27, 2008. It is a law respecting the protection, safety and security of Persons and Property in the event of a Disaster occurring within the Territory. The law provides for the creation of an Emergency Preparedness Committee.
