Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Election Law
Synopsis: This Law was first enacted by MCR #147/1989-1990 on May 21, 1990 and later repealed and replaced by MCR#2/2017-2018 on March 19, 2018. This Law is an exercise of the collective rights of the Kanien'kehį:ka of Kahnawą:ke to determine the process for nominating and selecting the political representatives of the Kanien'kehį:ka of Kahnawą:ke.
