Approved Amendments to the Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) provided notification on July 8, 2026, that amendments to the Regulations concerning Electronic Gaming Devices pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law were approved by the KGC.

The approved amendments to Schedule “G” include the addition of renewal amounts to the regulation and the corresponding Renewal Application Form.

No feedback was received during the 30-Day Feedback Period.
